Our team members are experienced negotiators and regularly attend both informal and formal mediations on behalf of our clients.
We regularly advise in relation to contractual disputes, shareholder and director disputes and disputes involving misleading and deceptive conduct. Our team also has experience advising in relation to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, including regularly advising on a broad range of consumer protection issues under the Australian Consumer Law.
