David joined SWS Lawyers in 2021 as a paralegal, prior to graduating University and admission as a lawyer in 2022. David works in our Corporate & Commercial Group across a broad range of corporate matters, with a particular focus on merger and acquisition transactions.

David enjoys working with clients to understand and advise on key legal issues affecting their business and is committed to providing practical legal advice with a commercial focus.
