The core team members of the SWS Lawyers ‘corporate and commercial group’ have worked together since 2003. Our team has advised on some of the largest M&As and capital raising deals undertaken in the Hunter Valley of New South Wales. We are called on by clients throughout Australia, as well as inbound enterprises and investors, wanting genuine specialist and cost-effective mid-market M&A and capital raising advice.
We work on transactions for the SME market segment and we routinely advise on deal values of between $10m and $200m. We know our markets. We invest in understanding our clients and their businesses. We aim to help business owners achieve their goals in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
