Our litigation and dispute resolution team has extensive experience advising in relation to a wide range of issues that can arise at both the director and shareholder level.

Where disputes are unable to be resolved, our team has extensive experience acting on behalf of clients in both Federal and Supreme Courts in relation to disputes involving fraud, shareholder oppression allegations and breaches of duties by directors.

- Acting in Federal Court proceedings on behalf of defendants in relation allegations of misrepresentation to investors and shareholder oppression.
- Advising directors and shareholders in relation to the dissolution of a joint venture arrangement and negotiation of intellectual property rights.
- Advising a publicly listed company in relation to allegations of breaches of directors’ duties.
